Such activities of Khera are considered business activities of Khera outside the scope of his registered agent relationship with RMS and will require supervision by RMS pursuant to FINRA Rule 3270 and 3280. For avoidance of doubt, RMS is not an underwriter for any non-brokerage securities transaction conducted by Khera.
